Rob Millar. President, Unitholder and Trustee

Rob has spent 29 years within the commercial mortgage market and has a full understanding of the business. He began his career within a major Life Company then he founded Montrose Calgary, a commercial mortgage brokerage company, which he sold in 2009. During his career Rob has led or assisted in the origination and funding of several billion dollars of commercial mortgages. Rob has his Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary.

Ronald P Mathison. Unitholder and Trustee

Ron Mathison is President and CEO of Matco Investments, a private company that provides capital and management expertise to private and public companies. Until October 2000, Mr. Mathison was a director of Peters & Co. Limited, an investment firm specializing in the oil and gas industry and prior to 1999 was also a principal of Peters & Co corporate finance department.

Mr. Mathison holds the designations of Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator, Chartered Financial Analyst and also received his B.Comm. (Honours) from the University of Manitoba. Mr. Mathison is Chairman and a founder of Calfrac Well Services Ltd. TSX-CFW.

Lorne Gartner. Unitholder and Trustee

Lorne Gartner has had an extensive career in Banking both in Canada and the U.S.A..; with 38 years of employment with the Royal Bank of Canada. This experience included senior positions as Vice President and Manager of the Oil and Gas Banking Center in Calgary and Managing Director of RBC Capital Markets in Houston responsible for the banks USA energy portfolio. Mr. Gartner retired in 2006 and since has performed various consulting projects.

He has extensive experience in both Commercial Lending and Capital Markets products in both Canada and the U.S.A... He currently sits on a number of public and private boards involved in the energy and investment industries.
