Joseph Sereda. Vice President, Operations

Joseph joined Mortgage Fund Three in 2010. He has five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry most recently working within Asset Management at GWL Realty Advisors, a major Canadian real estate investment advisor. He also held positions within in the appraisal and brokerage industries. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta and is currently pursuing his CFA designation.

Joseph is responsible for loan investment analysis, and MF3's operating systems that lead to faster customer service. He also shares the responsibility of perfecting the capital funding model.

Leslie Shier. Vice President, Closing

Leslie Shier joined MF3 in 2010 with more than 25 years of experience in commercial mortgage administration and lending. Leslie is responsible for all aspects of the MF3 commitment, funding, and closing process and all aspects of our post closing mortgage administration, which is privately outsourced to independent mortgage servicing companies.
